Battersea Park - Double Room - 2-Bed Flat

Hi my name is Fred and I'm looking for a new flatmate for a double room in Battersea (5 minute walk from the river!) as my brother and his girlfriend are moving out to their own place.

This is a spacious flat for two people with all the amenities you would expect. This first floor flat is comprised of two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate room for the toilet, a kitchen/dining room, which leads into the main living area and a balcony.

Within a 5-minute walk, there are loads of great cafes and pubs, as well as Battersea Park and the river. You can also make it to either Kings Road or Clapham Junction in just 10 minutes.

I am an active person in my mid-twenties, who works US hours during the week and my time off is either spent doing something active or being out in the evenings finding good places to eat with friends.

It would be great to find someone who also has an active and social lifestyle!!
