Hello everyone,

I'm renting these 2 large double bedrooms and one single bedroom, in a house that will soon become available to rent.

It is a lovely house just refurbished, in a lovely street and friendly Battersea area.

The house has 3 bedrooms, two doubles (king size bed) and one cosy single room. All the rooms are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, the two double has a sofa, and one of those has tv with sky.

The kitchen is quite large, it has all the utensils needed included also, washing machine, a dish washer, It has also tv with sofa! You can also enjoy a nice terrace outside the kitchen. Including in the rent, besides of the normal bills as electricity and council tax, there are also weekly cleaning for common area, fast internet and sky.

To travel around London, it is very convenient, you have everything just a couple of blocks away, such as supermarket, nice restaurants, pharmacy, dry cleaner, etc. Also, Clapham Junction is 5 minutes away, Chelsea, South Kensington is 12 minutes over river. Waterloo is 15-20 minutes. The famous, historic and gorgeous Batersea Park & it's two Railway Stations (Battersea Park & Queens town Road) are both around 10 minutes up the road.

There are several very well connected bus stops, less than 3 minutes walk from the house connecting to Chelsea, South Kensington and Fulham tubes in less than 12 minutes, or a beautiful walk or bike in under 20.
