Good size double bedroom in central London Zone 1
The room is in a 3 bedroom flat, sharing with 2 other females, both professionals. It will be suitable for a female quiet person. The room is a descent size bedroom with a double bed and storage space available. Also has a bookcase, a desk and a sofa. The flat has seperate toilet and bathroom. It is in a council estate but the area is safe and we have nice neighbours. Our landlord works as an estate agent but she acts as a private landlord. She is very organised and resolves any issues quickly.
The house is located in Bayswater area which is quite busy but our street is quiet. It is approximately 5 minutes walk from Bayswater, Queensway and Royal Oak tube stations that get you to Central London in no time. There is a large Waitrose nearby, as well as M&S, Sainsbury's and a Tesco.
Bills are not inclused in the rent but come up to around 50-70 pounds a month per person and include water, internet, council tax and gas. Electricity bills come quarterly.
PLEASE NOTE: I am doing shiftwork so please email me or text me. Thank you very much.
