I am looking for a woman to sublet my spare room in my apartment in Belgravia. I am flexible with dates and looking to rent between the period of May - August. This will be a short term sublet 1 month - 3 months.
The apartment is located in the heart of Belgravia. It is 7 minutes walking distance from Sloane Square Station and 8 minutes from Victoria Station. There is a lift in the building and a porter from 7am to 7pm from Monday - Saturday.
It is a 2 bedroom apartment, with one full bathroom in the apartment as well as one toilet. Amenities include the following: dishwasher, washer/dryer, Microwave, Nespresso machine, kitchen appliances. Bedding and towels will be provided.
Monthly price is £2200. Bills and monthly cleaner included in the price. No couples or groups allowed. Only women will be considered.
