I am looking for someone to share this brand newly refurbished and well located fully furnished 2 bed flat. It is located within a splendid mansion block (with day and night porters!) and you will also have access to the beautiful communal gardens. The rent includes heating and hot water bills.

The flat is fully furnished with everything you need and more - brand new kitchen and bathroom units - and I have new furniture for the living room arriving in the next weeks (pictures currently show it unfurnished but don't worry it will be furnished!).

Your room is furnished with a large built in wardrobe and I also have a double bed available if you need it!

Location is perfect - 5 mins walk away from Primrose Hill, perfect to enjoy the summer in London. There are so many stations to choose from nearby: 2 mins walk to Chalk Farm Tube (Northern Line), 10 mins walk to Swiss Cottage Tube (Jubilee Line) and 10 mins walk to Kentish Town West (London Underground) or Kentish Town (Thameslink).

Sharing with me - recently turned 29 year old working in Strategy Consulting (I work from home 3 days a week), ideally looking for another working professional in the city. I love fitness (I'm a keen runner), travelling, trying new restaurants and bars and going to watch movies. Looking to share with someone who also has their own things going on but is also happy to open a bottle of wine at home/ go for a sunny walk in Primrose Hill some evenings.

I'd love to find a flatmate who is fun, sociable and considerate. An adult who will pro-actively share household responsibilities. As the flat has just been refurbished it is important that my flatmate keeps it clean and treats the place with care.

I am looking for someone to move in ASAP as the flat is now available, viewings will start from early 20/5 week. Minimum 6 month tenancy, references and proof of income will be required.
