The flat:

Large double available in 2 bed Bermondsey flat with big shared living room complete with small balcony. Fully furnished. Flat also includes a cat so not suitable if you're allergic.

Flat is 10 minute walk from London Bridge and Bermondsey tubes and 25 into the heart of the city, perfect for commuting. Also very close to Maltby Street market, Bermondsey street and in the heart of the Bermondsey beer mile.

All bills split 50/50 with existing flat mate (me) and not included in rent.

The flatmate:

25 year old laid back young professional working in the city.

Enjoys relaxing with a few pints and whatever sport is on, either in the flat or at the pub. Also love going out for food and coffee.

Keep fit by going to the gym and playing football a couple of times a week.

Will look to arrange a viewing midweek evenings or weekend mornings ideally, with enough time to have a coffee/drink afterwards if interested to get to know each other.
