Hi, I have a spare double room available in my 2 bedroom property.

The room is available as of the 28th April. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, 3 Single wardrobes,  shelves , chair and mirror. It has got garden view.
Theres also some extra storage under the bed and a few shelves built into the wall. 
All bills are included (WiFi, heating, gas, electric, council tax and TV licence) in the rent so you know the exact amount you’ll be spending in any given month!

There is a second room which will be occupied by me.

There is a living area with a balcony you are free to use. This is equipped with kitchen (Oven, Microwave Oven, kettle, toaster ,Electric Hob, Fridge/Freezer,  Storage).
There is personal and shared storage space in the kitchen. Hoover (Dyson),  iRobot and mop are also provided.

The property is a short 18 -20 minutes walk from London bridge station .

Nearest station is Bermondsey Station (5 mins walk), which offers the Jubilee line (one stop to London bridge)

Please note that room is NOT available to rent from 10th AUGUST TILL 18TH AUGUST.
