Nice Ensuite in Bermondsey - All bills included

Hi everyone,

I'm leaving my En-suite room and am looking for someone to take over my contract, ending on June 4. The room remains available to rent from that point on. You can move in since the 25th of April, can be a bit flexible.

The room is located on the 2nd floor and has a private bathroom. The house has a shared kitchen that includes an area to hang out with a TV. There is also a space outside.

You´ll not find a better commuting setting since it´s located next to the tube station of Bermondsey (Jubilee line), 1 min walk.

The flatmates are all professionals in mid/late 20's & early 30's, who all get along quite well.

You'll need to be on a full time employment as this is required by the landlord.
