Short term double bedroom in Bermondsey

I'm Gemma 30yo tech project manager and live with my 3yo spaniel in a bright modern 2 bed flat in Bermondsey.

Looking to sublet my spare room on a short term basis, available dates:
Now - May 31
June 7 - June 30
August 1 - August 8
August 14 onwards

I would prefer a roommate who is not working from home majority of the time.

The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, 2 bedside cabinets and lamp.

Broadband and bills included £280 per week.

Bermondsey tube station is around 5 minutes walk, there are several bus routes from the end of the street. There is plenty going on in the area including the beer mile, Maltby Street market, Southwark Park and the path along the river all on the doorstep.

[There is some construction on the exterior of the building, and so there is currently scaffolding up. Work is due to be finished early June. Once this is complete then there will be access to the balcony and a large communal roof terrace]
