Looking for a flatmate for the remaining 6 months of a tenancy as other flatmate has bought a property. Possibility to extend after 6 months. Bright 2 bed 2 bath flat in a quiet residential area in Bermondsey. 15 minute walk to London Bridge Station, 10 minute walk to Bermondsey Station.

I'm a recipe developer, so I work from home in the kitchen most days, Ideally looking for a flatmate that works in the office everyday and likes to keep shared spaces very clean and tidy. I'm often out in the evenings, like to cook, not a big drinker.

Bills come to about £100-£150 per month.
