Short term sublet room

I am looking for someone who needs a room from the 15th of September 2024 for about a month while I am travelling.
My lovely room has a small balcony that has a beautiful view of the City and the Shard.
It comes with a double bed (new mattress) and a spacious empty wardrobe, plus lots of shelving space (feel free to read any of my books while staying!).
The apartment is divided between two floors: first floor has kitchen, a small toilet and one bedroom; the second floor has two bedrooms (one of them is the one you'd be staying in), two closets and a bathroom with a standing shower.
My flatmates are my dearest friends in London, and they are both Italian: Lara works in an art gallery, and Clelia is assistant manager in a shop and she is also a student. We normally eat dinner together and spend a lot of time chatting at the end of the day, so if you're up for some social moments this is the right place for you!
The flat is greatly connected by 24h buses (188, 47, 381) and it is a five minute walk from Bermondsey Tube station (Jubilee Line).
The neighbourhood is young but quiet: Southwark Park is a two minute walk, the famous Beer Mile is just a five minute walk, and Bermondsey Street is a 20 minute walk.
Canada Water and Surrey Quays offer a Tesco Extra and Overground connection to almost any direction.
