The flat
3 bedroom flat (just after refurbishment) in a quiet, small street just a few minutes walk from Bermondsey Stn.
Flat has three rooms, no living room. Bright kitchen, bright bathroom to share.
The flast is not huge but you've got everything here, what you need to live, including Wifi etc.
There are a few shops, restaurants, post office near by.
The big Tesco(open 24 hours Mon-Fri) and big Shopping Centre is in Canada Water. It takes you a few minutes on the bus or 10mins walk.

The room

VERY BIG double room, bright, clean, fresh. There's a double bed, 3 wardrobes , desk, small table and a chair.

Flatmates

We're two professional guys in our 30s, we work Mon-Fri. We love sport(especially run and gym),we enjoy cooking too).
During the week we're busy at work, but during the weekends we like to go out, to see our friends and enjoy our life as much as only it is possible.

New flatmate

Ideally we're looking for a professional, with lively personality who likes socializing to join 2 others in this fantastic flat share ).
We're looking for a non smoker, clean, tidy, nice and friendly person, who is happy to do a cleaning in the flat once a week.

The price of the room is L 775pm all included ( the only bills we share together are those regardng to cleaning products), one month deposit to be paid on the moving day.
