Please read my add fully before responding, It answers most questions you have, explains what I'm looking for and prevents unnecessary disappointment.

Thanks for taking the time to look at our home nearest tube is Bermondsey Tube Station it's 5 mins walking distance. We're very friendly and respectful flatmates. Love a chat over a beer or 3 and we're looking forward to welcoming a new housemate. We do however also respect your needs for your own space too. This is not a drug or party house. We're generally a nice respectful bunch of warm welcoming guys.

Proper legal contracts and deposit receipts given.

......................PLEASE NOTE.........................

(1) Gay/LGBTQ friendly but not exclusively. Currently we're all Gay/LGBTQ.
(2) This is first and formost our home not a bedsit or a hostel atmosphere.
(3) 6 months min contract but really want someone looking longer-term. Ideally. So if you know your not going to be around long this is probably not the place for you.
(4) 1x full bathroom with power shower. An additional 1x modern shower room with power shower/rainfall type shower head. An extra 1x toilet washroom on the ground floor.
(5) No couples. One person per room, sorry guys.
(6) Smoking outside only in the patio garden. Or on balcony.
(7) Area is very well connected by tube (Bermondsey/Jubilee line) and buses literally minutes to the city/Canary Wharf and West End by bus, tube or train. Southwark Park, shad Thames, London Bridge, and, Borough Market 10 to 15 mins walk so the flat is very central..
(8) NO DRUGS NO PARTY HOUSE.

.........................THE ROOM..........................

(1) Lovely very bright sunny bedroom with double bed. Very clean and cosy.
(2) Large mirror wardrobe with loads of hanging space.
(3) Plenty of shelving for books etc and dropleaf style desk.
(4) Bed has a huge under bed storage area, (which can get 16 large plastic clothes boxes /drawers underneath).
(5) Blackout blinds, and a 32" end of bed smart HD TV.
(6) super fast fibre optic broadband.
(7) The property is an Ex- local Authority 3 level triplex style maisonette on a very freindly estate where i have lived happily for over 20yrs.
(8) I am the owner of the property not a tenant subletting, which I'm happy to prove if you wish, it's not a problem.

..............LOOKING FOR........................

(1) Looking for maturity (in one's behaviour not age necessarily)
(2) Good sense of humour a clean, tidy flatmate (but equally not OCD about it) who is respectful of both personal space and shared areas.
(3) Someone probably in the hospitality industry working varying hours/shift work would be ideal. Not essential though.
(5) Someone who wants a longer term home not an ok for now!

The guys here are all long term lodgers/friends, most of several years, Which must be a good sign I guess.

We are friendly and sociable but not in each others pockets either. "respect" is the keyword for us this covers every possible scenario from cleaning to noise to guests etc.
We have a cleaning rota and everyone chips in to keep the home very clean 1 hr every week. If you prefer to hire your own cleaner for 1 hour per week thats also fine. we don't mind.

................. ABOUT US ...................

Current residents are myself Damien the British landlord I'm cabin crew for BA for over 30yrs now.
Then there's Alessio ( Italian) who works in catering, my Partner of 20 yrs Tomek a graphic designer (Polish) and last but not least Arek (also from Poland) a topographical surveyor.
We are gay but happily inclusive. Were Very open warm and friendly, and thoroughly enjoy eachothers company. Watching TV, chatting with a drink on the patio or respecting eachothers privacy.
