Everything in this flat is new and clean. The rooms are much larger than the normal London standard.

It comes fully furnished and includes a washing machine with a dryer, microwave, fiver optic broadband, etc. There are no problems with mould, strong heating, water pressure, etc. There are no agency fees or fake pics here either :)

It is a home where people have always lived as friends rather than flatmates, sharing books, going out together, but also respecting each other's space.

The area is very safe and pretty and doesn't smell of fried chicken!

We are looking for someone who with a similar personality, perhaps someone who speaks a foreign language or is well travelled, clean, yet laid back :)
