Single room in Bermondsey

Hi, one of our flatmates is moving out, and we're looking for someone to replace her. We're three professionals (German, Kiwi and Korean). The room is single and the rent is £625 pcm. This includes all bills, including Council Tax and Virgin Fibre Optic 200mbps Internet. We're easy going, clean and tidy and get along well. We're not looking for someone to use the flat as somewhere to crash, but rather somewhere nice to come home to. We get together for meals on occasion, and hang out in the lounge. That being said, we have our own groups of friends and all work quite a bit. We like to keep the common areas of the house clean. The flat is very roomy and has loads of common areas. There’s a large lounge of which one of the three sofas is a sofa bed, great for friends or family to stay over, a good sized kitchen with a breakfast table and a hallway with a study desk in it. The room has a built in wardrobe, a bed, two Ikea shelving units one having a mirrored door. There is also a large cupboard off the landing that comes with the room.
The flat is in a great location, only (2 min) walk from Bermondsey Station (Zone 2 Jubilee line) and 15 minute walk to Tower Bridge, Surrey Quays, Canada Water and Rotherhithe. Southwark Park and the river Thames are a short walk away too as are 2 wonderful Saturday food markets, 3 microbreweries and there are loads of grocery stores a short (5-10 mins) walk away. Bermondsey Street (with great pubs, galleries and shops) is a 15 minute walk away.
The room would suit a male or female professional or a mature student.
