Room for short let in Mid-Century Block

Hello!

I am moving in with my partner, and the contract for my current flat ends the 14th of August. My flatmate can't leave just yet so I'm hoping to find a replacement that can sublet from me from the 9-10th of June up until the 14th of July.

This is a Mid-Century modernist building with wall to wall windows, and a most splendid and civilised flatmate. Female, early 40s, never played music loud or left a dirty dish in the sink. She also flushes the toilet. What more can one ask for?
The flat has dual aspect windows, and is incredibly luminous. WIthin a five-minute walk you've got a Lidl, and a bit further down Lewisham high street which solves every daily need. For enterainment, Blackheath is only a short walk in the other direction. Trains to central london take around 15 minutes to Charing X and 25 to Victoria. My commute to Mayfair from here is around 45 minutes door to door if I time things well. And of course you've got the DLR to Bank, Canary Wharf, and Stratford.
