Looking for a lovely flatmate to replace my current roomie, who will be moving out in June.

The property is a charming maisonette with a private garden. Very clean and tastefully decorated, with wooden floors and lots of light.

Ideally looking for a female (also open to gay men!) roommate 30s- early 40s (no younger please), must be a professional (no students - sorry!) and someone independent, tidy and respectful of the space, but who might also want to hang out in the evenings with a glass of wine! LGBTQ friendly.

I work in the entertainment industry, so would be great if you also do but certainly not a deal-breaker. I work in the office all week, so happy to consider people who WFH.

Must be okay with cats - I have a very friendly and sociable ginger cat called Leo, so allergies or a dislike of cats would be an issue.

The double room is big and roomy, with lots of natural light, and comes with the bed and wardrobe (as pictured).

The street is quiet, and the neighbours are very friendly. Travel links are excellent, with Blackhorse Road (Victoria and Overground line) about 10 mins walk, Lloyd Park is 10 mins away, and Walthamstow Village around a 20 min walk.

There is the option of either room, as I am happy to move from the smaller room which is cheaper at £950. The bigger one is £1100 a month, and bills aren’t included in this. They average around £160 extra per month. We have a private landlord who is great and very much lets us do our thing uninterrupted, and has been quick to any fix small issues.

The website won't let me put the correct deposit amount in, but it's £1154 for either room.
