Double room available with own bathroom in modern 2 bed flat.

5min walk from Blackhorse Road tube & overground. Victoria line - 15 mins to Kings X.

The room is fully furnished - bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers (the desk will be going).

The room is available from the 12th May onwards and looking for a new housemate to join a new tenancy.

The current housemate has been here for a couple of years and only leaving as he’s buying his own place (a couple of bits from the living room will be leaving with him).

We’ll be renting direct from the landlord, who is chill with renting slightly below market rate as along as we take care of the place :)

The flat has an open plan kitchen, dining room table and living room, leading out onto a balcony. Built 2 years ago, so it’s in great condition and apparently is warm in the winter.
The flat has cycle storage downstairs and it’s super close to the breweries, wetlands and nice coffee shops. If you’re into climbing, Yonder is super close as well as yoga and CrossFit.

You’ll be sharing with me - Yas 👋🏻, I’m 31 and work for a design agency. I’ve just returned from travelling and was subletting a room here, but liked it so much I decided to stay.

I’m easy going and friendly and whilst I enjoy making the most of what London has to offer, I love coming back to a chilled, cosy home environment.
I’m into travel, gigs and festivals, film, football, love a good pub and try to balance it all out with running, cycling, gym etc.

Looking for another respectful, fun, outgoing, tidy person who wants to make the flat their home too. I’m out and about a fair bit, but would love to live with someone who becomes a mate, rather than just two renters in the same flat.

I work from the office 5 days a week, so the room would suit someone similar, but hybrid is cool too.

Rent is £880 and unsure how much exactly bills will be, but assuming somewhere around the £150-200 mark each. Checking on the exact amount for the deposit, so will confirm.
