Townhouse Single 2/7 - Garden Halls

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Garden Halls from early June 2024 after my exams.

Garden Halls is a University of London accommodation with incredible facilities, located in the heart of Bloomsbury (between Russel Square and St Pancras). The hall gathers people from all universities part of University of London, mostly LSE and UCL.

The contract is 50-week so it ends on 31 August 2024.

IMPORTANT : you need to be enrolled as a full time student studying at a publicly funded university based in London to live in this hall.

• Single room with small double bed (120 cm), spacious desk, desk chair, pinboard, small bin

• Shared bathroom between 2 residents only

• Self-catered but access to a large kitchen (I am leaving the cookware so you don’t need to buy anything) and to the canteen on a pay as you go basis

Garden Halls is really one of the best student halls you can get in terms of location and facilities (clean, large and bright communal areas, study rooms), I highly recommand it. Do not hesitate to check UOL accommodation website for more information!
