Central-London Room July & August (bills included)

The furnished room that will be available

As I move to a flat with my partner my University of London Accomodation room becomes available for two months (July & August).

**Important:** You need to be a student at a University of London member institution (UCL, Royal Holloway, LSE, SOAS, King's etc.).

The flat is in a great location (Handel Mansions): Directly next to a park, 5 min walk to Russel Square, 10 min from Kings Cross and Euston. In addition, there are several museums in less than a mile of the accommodation and the shops, cafes and restaurants of Tottenham Court road and the Brunswick Centre are just a short walk away.

The flat itself is on the ground floor and consists of a large room with a double bed, desk, chair, book shelf (...) three windows towards a quiet inside area, a bathroom with a bath tub / shower, and a large kitchen. The kitchen complete with washing machines, kettles and washer dryers making each living area self-sufficient. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with one flatmate.

The room is available from 1st of July to 31st of August for University of London students only (UCL, Royal Holloway, LSE, SOAS, King's etc.). The room is officially taken over via administration, so you will receive a contract. No letters or anything are needed for this, but there is a small deposit.
