Spacious Room in Gorgrous Semi Detached Home

My Dad and I are looking for a tenant who is a working professional and is clean and tidy. I work 9-5 Mon-Fri and so we would want someone who has a simliar routine to myself- cooking and eating together in the evenings. I would like to consider my dad and I sociable and caring people who are very easy going. As long as you aren't loud past 11pm and give off warmth and aim to be sociable when you are in, we should get on famously! We, however, of course also respect each others spaces.

The home is a lovely semi detached house with a large garden and a kitchen that can comfortably accomodate three people. Tenant will have full access to the garden and the kitchen and living room

The bathroom situation is that the tenant will mostly use the downstairs toilet (right next to the room up for rent) and have access to the shower on the first floor.

The fee for the room includes the rent and the council tax (Band F). Bills and wifi will be additional to this
Smoking is allowed- outside and pets are welcome.
