We're two friendly gals in our mid-40s on the hunt for a fantastic housemate to join us in our spacious 3-bedroom house with a fabulous garden, located on a peaceful, leafy street. The furnished bedroom is bright and roomy, providing plenty of space to spread out and feel at home.

Our place boasts a separate living room, dining room leading to the garden, kitchen with a washing machine and a dishwasher, one bathroom, and an extra toilet

There's lots of space to hang out and socialize. We love hosting the occasional dinner, movie night, and BBQ in our beautiful garden- if the weather allows it.

We're looking for someone friendly, tidy, and respectful of personal and communal space. We're not obsessed with cleanliness, but we do like to keep things clean and tidy.

Rent is £850 pcm, which includes all bills (WiFi, gas, electricity, water, and Council Tax). We'll need one month's deposit (negotiable), a payslip or a recent P45, and a couple of months' bank statements.
