The rent is £900 PCM with all bills included. The property is available to move into immediately. The security deposit for this room is equivalent to one months rent.

The property is only 15 min walk away from Mile End Tube Station, which is on the Central, District and Hammersmith lines and an easy commute into the City and Central London. It is also next to Roman Road markets and is surrounded by all kinds of shops (Tesco, Iceland ,Poundland and Dominoes)

There is a shared Kitchen , as well as one bathroom upstairs and a separate w/c downstairs.

I currently share the property with 4 flatmates. They are a mix of students and working professionals. Above all, they are open, friendly and easy-going who love their space but enjoy chats in the communal kitchen .
