Hello! My name is Kieran and I am a journalist living in a two-bedroom flat in Bow.
I am hoping to spend three weeks in Madrid in June and am looking to rent out my room while I am gone.
The dates can be somewhat flexible but I am planning to be away from June 2nd until June 29th.
The flat has a lounge/kitchen combo, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a spacious balcony and a good sized rooftop terrace that you can access.
You would be sharing the flat with my tenant Steven, who just uses the spare/second bedroom from Mon - Thursday as he leaves London on the weekend.
I am looking for £1000 for the month - all bills included.
