Bedroom 3 (£950pcm excluding bills – you should budget £120pcm for bills) is available. The other bedrooms have been taken by two young female professionals who are very friendly and charming, and enjoy occasional flatmate group activities (e. g. movie nights, flatmate dinners, and going out together) while respecting everyone’s need for personal space and personal time. We are seeking another tenant to join them who would enjoy contributing to the life of the apartment in a similar fashion.
