This is a large double first floor room with two windows overlooking the garden.

Only 2 rooms are rented in this 5 bedroom Victorian house. The live-in landlord has her own spaces and own bathroom.

The large kitchen/living space is shared by all three but it is rare that we are all in there at the same time.

However, when we are it is always nice to have a chat and see how each others day went. There is a washing machine, oven, microwave, Smart TV, printer, table and chairs, and a couple of armchairs. Plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space. The bathroom is next to advertised room and shared with ONE other female.

This is a lovely quiet road of Victorian houses between Brixton Station and Brockwell Park and Lido. So an easy 5-7 minute walk to either with the Victoria line only 11 minutes to Oxford Circus with trains every minute. There are 18 bus routes and anywhere in London is easy to travel to.

If you like a quiet space to relax in whilst having friendly interactions in shared spaces, this would suit you. Also suits shift workers and those that need quiet in the day.

The house has worked like this for 7 years with tenants staying a long time and living in harmony. It is not a party house so wouldn’t suit everyone. The former tenant left because her job moved.

All bills are included including Council Tax and 1gbit internet available throughout house and garden. Warm house in winter. Parking outside with permit.
