Good double in Brixton for friendly housemate

**Please note I am away with work from 18-24th May so I wanted to post the ad and start chatting to people over the next week before organising viewings.

You will be joining two females - me (Rebekah) and Gabs plus my frenchie Benny who you can see in the photos. Looking to fill the room as soon as possible.

I’m looking for a friendly, clean, easy-going female. We would love to be able to hang out together as a flat sometimes, watching Netflix or having a drink but also appreciate time to ourselves so are respectful of each other’s space and downtime. You must be okay with dogs! Benny is an absolute babe - loves a snuggle and attention. Will wander into your room if the door is open.

The landlord, who I used to live with in the flat, moved back to Ireland. He is very responsive and attentive.

The room is a good sized double, furnished and comes with bed, bedside table, built in storage/wardrobe, tv and tv stand with extra drawers. All bills included in the rent, no extra costs. We do get an ad hoc cleaner in for the flat though, one to discuss moving forward :)

The flat is nicely done with white carpets throughout, bright and fresh. Please note there is no living room. We are just off Brixton Hill so great location - loads of bus options on the main road. Brixton Station (Victoria Line) is a 10-15min walk away with Tulse Hill/Streatham Hill/Herne Hill Stations all 20min walk away.
