Bright double room in Brixton Hill

We have a double room in Brixton Hill available from 20th May 2024 for £700 per month plus bills which are around £80 per month (Council Tax band C).

I’m moving in with my boyfriend so looking for someone to replace me on the tenancy!

The bedroom is downstairs in the flat and is off the living room. It’s furnished with a built-in wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and has plenty of room for a desk (current desk and bookcase are mine!)

The flat has a shared living room with a sofa and dining table, as well as a separate kitchen with all appliances. The bathroom has recently been refitted with a new bath and shower and there is a separate toilet downstairs.

You’ll be sharing with Sinead, Julia and Bryony. Sinead is doing a PhD, Julia works in law and Bryony in merchandising, with all either working a mix of hybrid working or in the office full time. We all get along really well - we chill in the living room in the evenings and go for drinks but also like doing our own thing. We’d be looking for a girl a similar age (24-30) who would be looking to fit into this!

We’re a 15 min walk to Brixton (Victoria Line) and a 20 minute walk from Streatham Hill (National Rail.) There’s also loads of buses from right outside the flat.

We’re also super close to Brockwell Park and the lido, as well a Lidl and big Tesco a fifteen minute walk away.

We’re looking to do viewings Sunday 5th May and Monday 6th May. The flat is available from 20th May.
