Cosy Room in Brixton available for 2 months!

Hello!

We're subletting a room in our flat in Brixton for June/July (end date flexible).

Room is in a 4 bedroom house, and situated as the only room on the ground floor with a door out to the garden.
£600 + bills per month.
Bills are approximately £150 per month.

The soft details:
We're three housemates (Max, Gaby & Fred) looking for someone to come stay with us for a 2 month period! We know it's not a long-term stay (Roman, our 4th flatmate, is currently working abroad), so we'd love to find someone who needs a home for a short period.

We're nice folks, and very open to any kind of human looking to move in as long as they're nice!

Whilst acknowledging 2 months is potentially annoyingly short tenancy, we don't have a lot wiggle room in that regard. So, ideally if you're interested, it's important that a 2 month ish stay is what you're looking for!

The immediate area is residential and quiet, with a 5 min walk to Brixton underground station and the crowds thereof.
