Double room in Brixton

Im sadly leaving my beautiful house in Brixton, and currently looking for one more person to join on the lease until September (with the option to extend). Full house of 5 female students (who intern full time) so you would have to be a student unless you’re willing to pay a bucket load of council tax 🙃. The girls are looking for someone who is social and wants to make the most of living in London as a young gal, while also being respectful and clean. The room is £935 incl bills, and we would need someone willing to move in by June.

The house is fully furnished, recently refurbished, hardwood floors throughout, has a large garden and lounge area. Brixton station is a 15 minute walk away or 8 min bus ride. It’s directly opposite brockwell park and a tesco express.
