Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely queer house in Brixton/Clapham North. The room is available now.

You will be sharing with three other people. The room comes with a big wardrobe and chest of drawers but is otherwise unfurnished. Clapham North and Brixton tube stations are within walking distance, as well as Clapham Common and Brixton High Street and several big supermarkets. The house has two bathrooms and lots of storage for furniture or suitcases etc, a garden space and a combined kitchen/living room.

The rent is £770 per month, bills are not included and come up to another £100-£120 a month (including, water, gas, electric, council tax and Wifi). Drop me a message if you're interested or for any questions!
