10 minutes walk from Brixton tube.

10 minutes walk across the park to Herne Hill overground.

£950 a month including all bills (council tax included).
Also open to a Mon-Fri let (will obviously be flexible on the monthly rent).

Shared bathroom, good size living room and separate kitchen.

A bit about me:
My name is Pete and I'm an engineer working for a communications company with interests in music, film and food. I'm out of the flat every day from 7am. and usually back home by 6pm.

I pride myself on cleanliness and always keep the flat and all its communal rooms in immaculate condition.
I'm pretty laid back and like to read, listen to music and cook when at home in the evenings. My 8 year old son visits at the weekends but we are often out and about and sometimes away at weekends too.
