En-suite double room to rent in Brixton/ Clapham

We are looking for a new housemate (preferably male as we are 2 females and 1 male currently) for our lovely four bed flat in Brixton/ Clapham available for 8 months from 1st March.

The bedroom is a lovely newly converted loft, complete with its own ensuite, in-built wardrobes and desk area. The flat is a large Victorian 4-bed, with a separate kitchen and large living room/ dining area. There is also a very large private roof terrace which gets sunshine all day and is a fantastic bonus on warm days/ evenings.

The flat is in a great location off Acre Lane with exceptional transport links- just an 8 minute walk to either Brixton or Clapham North tube stations and a short bus ride or walk to Clapham Common or Clapham Junction.

It's a really friendly and welcoming flat and whilst we are all professionals working (sometimes long hours) in the city, we like to make time to hang out together as a flat. Equally, we respect each others privacy/space and you can come and go as you please with no obligations or ties!
