Double room with ensuite in lovely Brixton house

We are looking for a new housemate to fill a room in our lovely house in Brixton/Stockwell. The room is spacious and fully furnished, has a double bed and lots of storage. The room comes with a clean and modern ensuite with toilet sink and shower.
The house is and light and spacious with an open plan kitchen and living area and also clean and modern. There are also two other bathrooms and a dishwasher!

The house is a 10 minute walk from Brixton, Stockwell and Loughborough Junction stations. It's close to shops and bars but off the main road so it's not too noisy.

Current housemates are Jo (23) and Emily (23), working for in medical education and at The Dorchester. We work normal hours, like to cook together once a week and enjoy going for a drink and exploring Brixton together in the evenings/weekends. We are looking for a friendly female of similar age and interests to move in with us. We like socialising together as well as with our own friends. We like to keep the house clean and would be looking for someone who is similarly tidy.

The house is available from the 1st of February for a 12 month contract and is privately owned so there are no agency fees.
