All bills included in price. That covers council tax, water, cleaner who will come once per week, gas & electric. It’s a straight split with me on rent/bills

It’s a one year contract with a break clause at 6 months. You’ll have to pass the landlords credit check

The room is a big bright double room, big kitchen, shared bathroom & super bright and light living room.

You’ll be sharing with me, James (33), and my pet rabbit Roxy so you must be okay with having a rabbit running around the living room!
