Bright and friendly flat right by Brockley Station

We have a room going in our bright and modern 3 bed flat in Brockley as our fab flatmate is moving in with her partner.

The location is amazing - a 2 minute (if that!) walk from Brockley station. Brockley is a lovely area with lots of green space and fab cafes, pubs, markets and shops, and great transport links into central London.

You'd be sharing with 2 girls - me (Linsey) a librarian originally from Scotland, and Alex who works in broadcasting. We have a great boardgames selection. We all have our own lives but enjoy a night in with a takeaway and watching movies, or going to a pub quiz together. We're looking for someone to fit in with our chilled and sociable vibe who is also LGBT friendly.

The room is the smallest in the flat but it has big windows/sliding doors so it feels really light, and our shared kitchen/living space is huge. Our balcony is a total sun trap and big enough for all 3 of us to sunbathe! There is a lift in the building and bike storage.

The room is unfurnished. You would be sharing a bathroom with me as Alex has an ensuite.

- Rent is £705.53 a month, bills are not included.
- Council tax band C
- Deposit is £788.50 and paid to outgoing tenant
- You will need to provide the agents with 3x Pay slips, Current salary and work details and a scan of your passport
- Room is available from 1st May
