About the room:

Double room, mattress was brand new in February, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. A big window so gets a lot of light and the room is on the top floor along with two other bedrooms. Possibly space for a small desk if you wanted to WFH. Each room has individual locks and fire doors.

About the house:

- housemates are all friendly, clean and tidy, although aren’t the most sociable as our working schedules don’t all line up
- it’s a 1st and 2nd floor split level flat which is newly renovated
- Free on street parking
- flatscreen wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix etc
- Cleaner every two weeks included in the price
- ALL bills included
- Bathroom is shared with 1 other (Ben, 28, spends most of his time in the office so don’t see him much) as the other 3 have en-suites.
- 4 minute walk from Brockley Station which has the London overground (soon to be Windrush line) and also direct trains to London Bridge (15 mins) and London Victoria
- the kitchen comes furnished with cutlery, crockery pots and pans and some cooking utensils
- large cupboard for your own stuff in the kitchen along with 1 or 2 shelves in another cupboard and there are 2 fridge freezers shared between 5, which works out at 2 fridge shelves each and 1 or 2 freezer drawers each
