2 double bedrooms in 5 bed house

First floor bedroom

The bedrooms:
One double bedroom on the ground floor with 1.5bathrooms, not sharing with anyone (available from 27th June)
Second double bedroom is on the first floor, sharing a bathroom with one other person (available from 1st July)

The house:
Super spacious, gorgeous converted police station! We have a big shared kitchen and living room which we all use but there is more than enough space for everyone.
We also have a garden which is perfect for the summer months!

The housemates:
The house has 5 bedrooms. The current housemates are aged between 24 - 28 so ideally we’d look for someone of a similar age. Of the housemates that are staying, there are 2 girls and 2 boys, all working in a variety professional jobs.
We are all quite social and enjoy spending time together. We often go out for drinks, nights out, games nights, house dinners and have house parties. Everyone does have their own lives, friends etc. so there’s a nice balance and would like someone to fit this dynamic too.

The area:
Brockley is in zone 2 on the overground.

It’s about a 5 minute walk to the station where you can get the overground to Canada Water, Whitechapel and shadwell for connections into central London. There is also a train which will get you to London Bridge in 10 mins.

Crofton park station is a 10 minute walk away and has trains running into the city.
