The room has a double bed, wardrobe, cupboards, double glazed big window.
It has clean carpet throughout, it is a quiet neighbourhood and I'd love to keep it like that, day or night time. Looking for a considerate person for that matter, thank you.

Shower room it's new and very clean, 24hrs boiling water.
Kept spotless all the time.

You can use the kitchen on your own only, breakfast and dinner, if that was the case, your own fridge freezer, cooker/oven, washing machine, and sharing with no one.

Short let, or long term avaliable.
Flat has gas central heating throughout
24 hours Central heating all year round.
(the heating switches on even now.
on chilly mornings).
Sharing the rest of the flat, with one person only, at any time, live in owner, love gardening, eco- living(yes I recycle plastic), minimalist, straight bloke, righteous, honest, respectful person, flexible, private, Christian/practising.

Flat it is in a "affluent" area, on the small side but perfectly shareable with another person, even "seemles" at times, that is.
No need to "share" any object or subjects,
it's like your own, just treat like that please, thank you.

Would suit a fully independent person, non smoking,
with a "Monday to Friday,( 9-5 routine) " preferably, or at least some,"working/studying hours of a regular pattern",
(Imperial College it's a walking distance),
over the longer terms.
so I have time for all the cleaning, and for myself,
someone that wants to come home,
and have a peaceful time on their own.
Someone that value own space,
and respect others.
(No space for bikes, sorry to mention it)
Room it's for one person only.
It's not a guest-house.
Regular Cleaning service, (every other day) it's provided for the hallway, kichen, shower room, also inclusive.
Must clean own room.
