For some personal reasons, i am moving to a new apartment and would like to find somebody who can took over the rest of tenancy of a ensuite room.
📍N7 9BJ, located in the boundary of zone1 and 2, walks 1 min to Caledonian Road station(Piccadilly Line)
⚠️available tenancy from 2024.06 to 2024.09.14, student accomadation of unite student
⚠️rent is £270pw including all bills,  an elevator and 24hr reception are avaiable, there are laundry room and common room on B1 floor. The ensuite room is on the 2nd floor with double bed，private bathroom and kitchen shared by 6 people. Roomates are mainly girls.
⚠️walk 1 min to Sainsbury's and Costa; walk 3 min to tesco, starbucks and nisa local(open 24/7)
⚠️takes 15 min to UCL main campus, 20 min to LSE and KCL strand by tube
⚠️many restaurant and cafes nearby, walk 10 min to a asian groceries and restaurant, takes 18 min to islington angel by bus.
⚠️Better to cover the whole tenancy, the replacement tenant has to be current student
