Subletting My Room June July And August!
My room in my student flat in north London will be free over the summer! I'm looking for a subletter to move in from around 1st June. Contract ends 1st September so must move out before then.
The flat is walking distance from Camden, Kentish Town and Holloway Road. Closest tube station is Caledonian Road on the Piccadilly Line. There are also several bus routes close by.
There are three flatmates and we are all students, we all identify as women or as non-binary. We are looking for a subletter who is also a student and female or non-binary. The flat is kept clean and is fairly quiet.
Room is furnished with bed, wardrobe and shelves.
Rent is £250 a week, not including bills at around £30 a month. Security deposit of 3 weeks rent.
