Double bedroom zone 2

Hi there!

Our lovely flatmate has decided to move out at the end of May to move in with her boyfriend.

Therefore, her double bedroom will be available from 1st June. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from the tube (Caledonian Road – Piccadilly Line), and 10 minutes walk from the overground (Caledonian Road and Barnsbury) and within easy reach of central London, Angel, Kings X, and Finsbury park.

The room is a bright, spacious double bedroom, which comes partly furnished with two wardrobes shown in the pictures. The bed and mattress are not included, but our housemate is willing to sell them for a total of £100 if this is of interest. Bills are around £100 and are not included in the rent – this includes energy, water, council tax (Band D) and internet. The deposit is £860.

The flat will be undergoing some exciting renovations in May! So from June, we will have a new kitchen and the flat will repainted throughout.

The current vibe in the house is one where we treat each other like family, get on well, have the odd movie or dinner nights, and also respect each other's space. We are clean and tidy people and would like someone who has a similar standard.

Your flatmates will be Andra and Holly, both young professionals, Romanian and English, who are both very laid back, and enjoy spending time together.

The prospective housemate ideally would be a young professional, 27-35ish, friendly, easy-going, and have a personality that contributes to the house.
