My flatmate Jasmine and I are looking for a new housemate to join our 3 bed flat from July 1st 🏡
The flat is split across two floors and the room available shares with the kitchen and bathroom.
The room comes unfurnished but our current housemate is willing to sell her furniture to the next tenant!
📝 rent is £780 excluding bills (bills come to roughly £100 a month but fluctuate in the summer / winter)
🚈 Caledonian Road Tube (picadilly line) is a 10 min walk while Kings Cross/St Pancras is only a 20 min walk! We also have regular buses on our road that connect you easily to central, camden, angel, north london etc
Looking for someone who is interested in being friends as well as flatmates! While we have our own lives and do our own things, we love cinema trips, chatting in the living room, nights in with a glass of wine etc 🍷
