Room available in Caledonian Road

Room available in a house share in Islington, Caledonian Road! 8 min walk from the tube station and 15 min walk to overground. Takes about 25 min to get to central! I am moving out but you’d be moving in with my current flatmates / friends- sharing with 2 girls and 1 boy (ages 21-25) all in the creative industry and very friendly and chatty! The rent is £800 not including bills- which come to around £100 a month. There is no living room as it has been converted into a room but there is a sofa chill area in the kitchen and there’s a garden. Move in date would be June 3rd, Message for more details :)
