Sunny room close to King’s Hospital (Denmark Hill)

Beautiful room, furnished, would suit a single female. Shared bathroom, which also has a separate shower. Shared kitchen with living room area within it.

Room would suit a focused, quiet student. All bills included (subject to reasonable use of utilities). No WFH. We are very close to Denmark Hill/King’s College Hospital/Elephant & Castle so would, also, be very convenient for a student nurse/medic or LCC or Camberwell College of Arts student.

5 minutes walk from Burgess park and the tube is a 10 minute journey by bus to Elephant & Castle Station, where you can get the Northern or Bakerloo line. 15-20 minutes by bus to London Bridge Station. 15 minutes to Peckham Rye overground. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. Denmark Hill Station is a 10 minute walk.

I live in the house with my two children, who are respectful of other people's privacy. They are great fun to be around and are very well-behaved and quiet.

We are looking for a lodger who is very clean, quiet, tidy and respectful of the hours they keep, to be in harmony with ours. I am a teacher, so I keep regular hours. Rate is based on single occupancy only.

Short term lets are welcome, too.
