Hello! We are looking for a 4th housemate to join us in our lovely mews house in Camberwell. We’re ideally looking for another young professional aged around 23-27. We are a sociable household so looking for someone who’s up for an occasional pint or a chat whilst making dinner!

A bit about us:
* Tom (24) - chemistry PhD student
* Jamie (25) - civil engineer
* Nick (26) - software developer

We all have some days working at home each week :)

The room available is a great double with loads of storage space and natural light (room 4 on the floorpan). Rent is £980 per month without bills. Deposit is £1183 (this is 1/4 of total deposit).

The room includes:
* Double bed
* Large storage cupboards and drawers
(Desk and other furniture shown in pictures is not included)

The house includes:
* Garden
* Living room with TV
* Good kitchen with dishwasher
* Utility room with dryer
* Two shared bathrooms
* Lobby with bike storage

It’s a 10 minute walk to Denmark Hill station, plus loads of busses just around the corner so getting to most places in London is easy.
