It is 17 min. walk to Denmark Hill Overground and Train Station. There is also an Oval Station 19 min walk from the property.

Downstairs is a piano studio which has students, mostly kids coming for piano lessons regularly. The piano studio is sound isolated and would not cause any disturbance. However, we are looking for tenants who are PROFESSIONAL, KIND, UNDERSTANDING and RESPECTFUL to kids and their parents coming for the lessons. Therefore, the ideal tenant would not walk around the shared areas in inappropriate attire (for example wearing underwear only).
