Large double room available in a large house across 2 floors with only 3 other housemates!

I've lived here for 3 years, only moving out due to finding a flat with my girlfriend.

The victorian house is situated 10 mins from Peckham Rye station and 10 mins from Denmark hill. This gives you access to everything on Camberwell high street, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, as well as everything on Rye lane. Theres also 2 parks within 5 mins and with it being away from any main roads it's incredibly quiet.

The room is available for £837.50 and it's via a private landlady who is lovely and easily contactable on Whatsapp.

The room itself is only available for 3 ish months, the landlady has decided not to sign another annual lease unfortunately, but it would be a great place for someone to settle for a while due to the low price.

The room is furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. It is big enough for a desk and plenty of storage, it has 2 built in wardrobes too for hanging clothes and storage units above and below.
The electrics have recently been upgraded so theres plugs on every wall meaning you can set up a desk or TV or anything however you want.

The house has a shared living room with a TV and dining room which is used for bike storage, drying clothes and a desk to work from home.
The kitchen is large and also has a dining table

There is a private garden too which is a sun trap in summer and perfect for BBQs (also lots of neighbourhood cats who stop by regularly)

There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one on the first floor with a toilet and a bath, the second floor has a toilet and brand new fitted shower.

Bills are very reasonable, coming in at around £100 a month

Current housemates are all working professionals, a mix of hybrid working and office working, but due to the size of the house we're never in each others way, everyone is respectful and always up for a chat in the living room/kitchen on a night.
