Cute Double Room in Large Maisonette

My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so I’m looking for a replacement to move in from June.

There is one double room to rent in a two bedroom first floor maisonette in Camberwell, on a gorgeous quiet road. The two bedrooms are upstairs, whilst shared living room, bathroom and kitchen are downstairs.
The house looks slightly different now with a coffee table and a new kitchen table. It would suit a tidy and respectful professional to live with a professional female (me).

The double bedroom on offer is furnished, with a bed frame, clothes rack and a chest of drawers (3 big drawers) and has some space for a desk or anything you’d like to add. Price includes all bills including 5G Wi-Fi and council tax. On street parking is available with a permit.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and we also have a NutriBullet blender, an AirFryer, Microwave, toastie maker and a Nespresso coffee machine ☕️
My flatmate is taking some of the living room furniture with her but I plan on replacing it.

The flat is a 10min walk to Oval station and 15mins to Kennington station with good bus routes accessible within a 5min walk.

I’m 30yo, and work in media and advertising. I work from home between 2 and 3 days. I’m an easygoing and sociable person so easy to get along with. Happy to do things within a household, but also value privacy and often need to recharge quietly after a busy work day 😅
I like watching movies and shows, arts and crafts, and hanging out with friends.
