The flat overlooks the very sweet communal garden thats filled with morning-into afternoon sun, great for a morning coffee, reading or meditation. Within 2 minutes you have an amazing choice of coffee shops / restaurants / wine bars / pubs inc. Silk Road, Camberwell Arms, Grove Lane Deli, Van Hing, Little Cellars and Theo’s Pizza. There are many great local parks, galleries and things to do. Camberwell Leisure Centre is minutes away with a gym and swimming pool. We are truly spoilt for choice!

You would be living with my girlfriend and I - we both work in the creative industries and are out and about a lot though also enjoy a nice relaxed home life and sometimes work from home. The house is more of a sanctuary than a party place though we enjoy having friends over once in a while.

We are looking for a friendly, easy going, clean flatmate, to share this lovely space with us. We are both quite independent and have busy schedules so are looking for someone happy doing their own thing but also to share a meal / glass of wine once in a while. We would prefer a professional or student rather than a work-from-home creative.

The room is furnished and the cost is £900+ Bills.
Bills are approx £150 and include Internet, Water, Heating, Electricity and a Cleaner twice a month.
